Clara Stones one-of-a-kind creations made with pearls and corals are inspired by the natures creative forces. Pearls are one of the oldest and most popular material in jewellery making. In the Hindu culture, pearl beads are associated with the Moon and symbolize love and purity. Islamic religion celebrates pearls as a symbol of perfection, whereas Christianity regards them as a sign of purity. Just like corals, pearls earls are organic and made of calcium carbonate. Pearls are produced by a variety of organisms, commonly sea mollusks. There are different species of pearl-producing oysters. Clara Stones uses only high-quality freshwater, saltwater, South Seas and Tahitian pearls. They come in various shapes and colours, depending on the type of the pearl oyster.
